The resistance hole is blocked
For the relief valve of the hydraulic press, the pressure is often lost after the system is pressurized, and the pressure cannot be adjusted by turning the hand wheel. Or system overpressure, relief valve does not play an overflow role. For the pressure reducing valve of the oil press, the pressure at the oil outlet does not go up and the oil flow is very small. The main reason is that the oil is blocked by the oil.
2. The valve core of the main valve is too tight or stuck by dirt
The adjustment pressure of the relief valve of the hydraulic press rises, or the pressure reducing function of the pressure reducing valve fails.
3. The spring is broken, missing or the spring stiffness is not suitable, which results in the loss of spring force of the hydraulic press slide valve and cannot be adjusted. Or the spring stiffness is too large or too small, resulting in pressure adjustment difficulties.
4. The oil inlet and outlet of the hydraulic press are installed reversely, which is easy to be reversed in the tubular connection, and the plate valve is also easy to install the oil circuit reversely in the design of the manifold block, resulting in the failure of pressure regulation.
The external leakage of hydraulic press will lead to environmental pollution, which is easy to find; while the internal leakage mainly occurs due to machining accuracy, assembly accuracy or wear and tear, which is not easy to check, and often causes the noise increase of hydraulic press valve and significant pressure fluctuation.
